Single sign-on
OpenID Connect identity providers per tenant (SAML 2.0 on the roadmap), plus passkey sign-in.
SCIM provisioning
Provision and deprovision users from your identity provider with SCIM tokens.
Tenant security policy
Password rules, lockout after failed attempts, session and idle timeouts — set per tenant.
Hash-chained audit trail
Append-only audit events, chained per tenant so tampering is detectable.
Approval workflows
Configurable approval chains with multiple approvers across modules.
Webhooks and accounting exports
Outbound webhooks with destination checks, and payroll GL journal export.
Evaluating
How an enterprise evaluation works
NanoHRMS is in early access. We set up an evaluation tenant with you, walk through your payroll countries and policies, and agree support terms in the contract.
